Cheater?

Hello Knitting,

You know how much I love you & what pleasure I get out of spending time with you but lately other crafts have been turning my head...

Its not my fault really. I picked up Martha Stewart's Homemade Holiday Gift magazine & there were these dolls.

They look so easy & what a fun gift. So today this fabric arrived.

But don't worry dear knitting the plan is to knit the dolly some clothes. See I'm not leaving you behind.

Ok then there is the kanzashi I really blame My Little Moochi. I mean look at her cute kanzashi! With all the fabric I have stored away I have to make some of these.

What about the freezer paper stencil t-shirts you ask? Well, it looks so easy & after seeing the tutorials & information pasted on One Hour Craft and Craftster I knew I just had to try them. See, its a One Hour Craft, it won't take much time away from you especially if I use the stencils I found on Stencilry. Plus won't they make the cutest gifts for all the nephews?


What's with the Stitch-it Kit suddenly showing up from Amazon? Well, Laurie made the cutest embroidered sweatshirt at knitting earlier in the year that it made me just really want to try it myself. Plus I can use embroidery to embellish you, right?

See, knitting I'm not cheating on you. I'm just adding a little variety to my crafting life.
