The designers had $100 to spend so I thought $10 would be a good percentage for a doll dress. I ended up spending $10.03. I got two packages of napkins, a bag of balloons, a bow & some ribbon.
I have an idea for a very graphic look, I'm hoping I can make it work with these items!
