The first strawberries of summer were at the farmers market today which means my canning season starts. Today I canned 8 jars of Strawberry/Balsamic Jam and 10 jars of Strawberry/Vanilla (everyone's favorite). They I hulled 16 more cups of strawberries to freeze to use later. My fingernails are dyed pink.

I was just at a discussion/gathering today and we talked canning. I mentioned that I wanted to try your mustard and jam recipes, then can them. I'm so excited to have found a group to try this with!
